Equipment Hire from VODA

Did you know we have a range of equipment available for hire to groups and organisations that may be helpful at events and for presentations? We also offer low-cost photocopying, mailing and laminating service.

From January 1 we have introduced a small charge for the hire of our banner boards, laptop, projector and screen. These items have always been very popular with groups but are now showing signs of good use and will eventually have to be replaced. The charges, between £5 and £10 per night for VODA Members (£10 to £20 for non-Members), will help to fund the cost of replacing them.

 
VODA Members also benefit from reduced rates for photocopying (B&W and full colour), laminating, comb binding, faxes and mail shots.
