COMMUNITY HOUSE SUPPORT WORKERS
 
YMCA North Tyneside
1 x 37.5 hours full time: Salary £20,000
1 x 12.5 hours part time: Salary £6,667

YMCA North Tyneside is opening a new Community House project and are looking to recruit staff for this exciting project which is due to open in the summer.

You will be required to have significant experience of working with young males aged 16-25, who are likely to have experienced a range of issues. You will have well developed tools and skills to make positive interventions to help the young men achieve their goals.

Ideally, you will have a Level 3 Qualification in supporting vulnerable adults or homelessness.

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
 
Tyneside Mind
37 hours per week, Newcastle
£24,982 pa

There is strong evidence of need of Mind services in Newcastle and the post holder will represent Tyneside Mind within the area, delivering, establishing and supporting services to Newcastle residents.

The post holder will also be a significant presence for Tyneside Mind within Mental Health Services and the Voluntary and Community Sector in Newcastle.

EMPOWERMENT WORKER
 
Tyneside Mind
21 hours per week, North Tyneside and Newcastle
£24,982 pa (pro rata)
The Empowerment Worker will support clients based in North Tyneside and Newcastle on a one to one basis to assist their engagement with Mind services, support them when engaging in opportunities outside of Mind and act as a catalyst for them to lead full and fulfilling lives.
