| Our Values |

In recent months, VODA’s Volunteer Centre has been working with Howdon Library on a generation-spanning project called ‘Our Values.’ In a series of workshops, eight local young people and eight adults have come together to discuss and share ideas about ‘values’ and how important they are to us as individuals and communities. Four key values were chosen from the discussions to become the basis of a media project, which has seen the creation of four pull-up banners that can be displayed around local community venues. Short animations and a documentary have also been produced to reinforce the key values chosen. Watch the animations here: Our Values animations from Robin Fry on Vimeo. You can also watch a short documentary about the project here: Our Values from Robin Fry on Vimeo.
