If you already support or would like to involve volunteers, our Volunteer Centre can provide the following services to all public, voluntary and community organisations operating within North Tyneside:

• Opportunity Promotion - Promotion of your volunteering opportunities on the national volunteering website Do-It, and via face-to-face meetings with potential volunteers.
   
• Training - Programme of training covering issues such as volunteer recruitment, support and retention.
   
• Support we can offer - One-to-one support to identify new volunteering opportunities within your organisation, and to deal with good practice issues.
   
• Volunteer Centre Resources - A range of good practice resources.
   
• North Tyneside Volunteer Network - A quarterly peer support group for volunteer-involving organisations.
