Community Network
The Community Network in North Tyneside is open to all community and
voluntary organisations based in, or working in the borough. Through the
Community Network, local groups and organisations can help shape the way
in which services are delivered to our communities.
VODA's Community Network Team works to empower communities in North
Tyneside. The three main functions of the Community Network Team are to:
- Facilitate and support representation from the Community Network
onto strategic decision making partnerships across North Tyneside.
- Create and inform Community Network members of opportunities to
network and participate in partnerships.
- Build the capacity of new, emerging and existing groups to
enable them to participate in their local
and neighbourhood Action Planning process.
